I have had my kinekt seat post for about 5 years and one of the fasteners came loose and I lost it on a ride. Ordered the replacement bolt set and it arrived within 3 days and was a perfect replacement. They had actually made some improvements from my original design I had. Very easy to replace and it worked perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.
