Box Four 8 Speed Shifter

Great upgrade to an older bike! - but pay attention to what you order!

This is part of two bikes I upgraded to Box component drive lines. I did not realize that the Yellow (shifter, derailleur and cassette) make up the BOX Four 8S AND is not compatible with Prime 9 (Blue are BOX Three, Red are BOX Two and Orange are BOX One) which are all compatible with each other. So after buying some Blue and Some Yellow, I ended up buying the remaining parts to do two bikes. This review is for the BOX Four 8S system and it works very well!

Excellent customer care

Initially I was bit disappointed with the quality of gear shifter which came with original bike. As I got damaged after few rides, I had to request for warranty claim. Luckily I got the new item for free plus the service charge. The shifter is working fine and would like to thank the admin team for sorting out everything for me.
