First things first, I love the product. It just works. That being said, there are no replacement parts available. I crashed and snapped off the thumb lever on my shifter, so I had to buy a whole new shifter when the thumb lever is easily replaced. So in short, I love the product, but I wish I could repair it instead of replace it.
