Actually ordered and received three new rugs. Excited by all, especially the 6' by 10' Concentric Rectangle in American Legacy Antique Multi colors. Fits so well in my living room. The workmanship is perfect, the quality as well, and ordered and received all in record time. Thank you!

Capel rugs very satisfied

We have had Capel rugs we’ve ordered through llbean and they’ve lasted a very long time. Decided to order directly from you because you have more of a selection.

Braided rugs

I received my large 9x13 antique multi braided rug only to discover that it is not even close to the same colors in the sample you sent, the picture on the website, the picture on this e-mail, or the picture on page 13 in the catalog you sent me. It is much lighter with very light tans, dusty pink, etc. and none of the darker brown, grey, blue, or burgundy that your sample had. It is just very light - more like a Tuscan as shown on page 13 of your catalog, and not what was represented in your sales materials. Later. I ordered a smaller antique multi rug, and it looks like the sample you sent me in the beginning and reflects the darker colors I thought I was getting in the large rug, I have several Capel rugs in my home, and while I realize that no two rugs look exactly the same - I believe that my large rug was made using the wrong colors.
