love the rug, just wish I had gotten a larger size. Is that still possible? Do you do exchanges once an item has been used (a little)?

Custom size for the van

We are very pleased with the shopping experience, ordering and delivery time of our new Capel rug. We ordered a custom size for our van and it came within about 4 weeks. The quality seems to be quite good but we’ll hold out on that review until we’ve put it through the paces of van life for a few months.
