Ordered the enamel robin necklace for my wife only to receive the wrong order. I quickly emailed fable to let them know of the situation and they replied within minutes to say they had informed their warehouse department and a replacement will be sent the same day. I received a email acouple of hours later with a new tracking number aswell as a return label for the wrong order they sent. Within 48hours my order turned up, very impressed with the service I received and happy with the quality of their jewellery.
