Disappointed

I was very disappointed when I saw the ring. The stone is so tiny it is almost invisible. I was going to return it but customer service put requirements on me such as paying for the return shipping, buying insurance and then I would be informed upon receipt of the ring if your company would refund the money. I decided I didn't trust that I would get the money or the ring so I kept it. I feel tricked by your ads.
