Intriguingly simple self-folding note that works

I liked this very simple and workable idea. I've yet to try it on an audience but the principles are sound, definitely work and are at least good to go as an off-the-cuff effect. I'm not sure if it counts as 'amazing' for an audience but it's possible. Certainly it will intrigue and give a little shock. One thing to note: it is less controllable on a very smooth surface and on a rough surface or close-up mat, the main finesse to the effect won't work. Otherwise, this is as good as it looks!
