This goat was good and not gamey like the one we usually get
Finally broke into my goat meat today, first time trying the boxed halal one. We usually get two choices in California ( California or Australia), sadly Australia is cheap but very tough and gamey, California is not bad but can be fatty and very pricey. Really enjoyed the boxed Halal one we tried tonight, was not gamey, was not tough and fatty either. I was short on time so used a premade masala packet with some blended tomatoes and chopped potatoes. Everything in instant pot and 45 mins later dinner. It was smooth and easy. Looking forward to marinating and cooking the goat low and slow next time

The goat was very needy juicy delicious they were just as good if I went to the meat market and had the goat cut off the bone.
