Really enjoying our halal ground beef

Been really enjoying boxed halal ground beef. It has a slightly different texture from grass fed ground beef we are use to buying but I like this one better, it's a better fit for Indian and Pakistani kofta dishes. We just very plain ground beef the other night and it was great. I have even made Italian meatballs with the beef and they were good
