Great customer service! Dirty seasoned grinder from manufacturer

Love the grinder so far but when I first opened it, it was a bit dirtier than most seasoned grinders I’ve received in the past. Knowing that the grinder is purchased from the manufacturer. I was a bit concerned it might’ve been used prior. I purchased the brand new grinder but for some reason the hopper had dried drops of coffee on it. And the grinder itself had grinds all over the shoot. With priced paid for the grinder I’d assume it’d be better prepped.

Amazing grinder and excellent customer service!

I needed the grinder for my bar in a fixed date, I was not sure it would arrive on time so I contacted the Majesty team and they made everything in their power to fulfill the order! I got a shipping label next day, they truly went above and beyond plus the prices were lower due to their sales and coupons. The grinder was new and well packaged.
