New holy grail

Where has this been all my life? If you’re in need of a hydrating toner, this is the one for you. I love to apply 2-3 layers on cleansed skin at nighttime, and follow with my normal products. My skin is so fresh and supple when I wake up and it’s even great layered under my morning skincare too. I will definitely be repurchasing this.
