Professional, helpful service, perfect cushion covers becautifully pressented with clear care instructions. (DPD delivery service unreliable and unprofessional on this delivery and on my second delivery from Mayfair Silk. On the first delivery they did not deliver even though I was at home and it was delayed and sent to another venue. On the second package I tried to avoid problems by requesting delivery to one of their own delivery points but the next day I received a message that the delivery to their own delivery point failed and they delayed it by another day, back to my home late the following day. I called DPD customer services who were rude and dismissive. I will definitely request Royal Mail on future occasions if possible as this somewhat spoiled what was otherwise a fine service.)
