Menopause Support Bundle

All the products in the Bundle taste great - enjoying the clean taste and flavour.

Collagen easily taken with water. Menopause took a little getting used to as it is quite gritty. At first I was adding fresh lemon juice to add flavour. I now combine the two and leave in water for about 45mins which seems to soften the grittiness of the menopause and makes is much nicer to drink. I also use a little electric whisk to mix the flavours. Super easy.

This product is okay. I have found that despite using different milks (cows, coconut, almond) with the protein powder, I feel quite gassy and bloated and have to burp often to relieve the discomfort. I can drink all these milks by themselves with none of these effects so can only assume it is the protein powder causing this..
