Marine Collagen - 200g

I've been using marine collagen for a while now and really love it. I've noticed my skin looks smoother and more hydrated. I'll definitely keep buying it.

I am not sure - it is too early to tell. I have been taking it for close on 4 weeks and have not noticed any improvement in my nails or hair. I will continue to take for a 3 month period before I decide if it is of any value.
