I was happy with my overall experience, especially your great customer service & quick response times. I received my order right away, but the tiles were damaged during shipment. The replacement tiles arrived quickly, but also had some minor edge & corner damage; however, they appear to be usable, as the grids should conceal the damage. I would recommend looking into possibly improving your packaging process. You possibly need a slightly larger box, with thicker honey cone cardboard on the sides. Also, possibly split the heavy Ceramaguard ceiling cartons in half to lessen the weight, which could help reduce the damages (could be poor handling due to the heaviness). Also, although the installation kit is very handy, it would be nice to be able to buy additional individual grid pieces without having to buy another full installation kit. Thanks!
