I absolutely love First Honey. I use both the 600+ and 900+ MGO, alternating between them depending on what I feel I need, and it has become an important part of my daily routine. Just a teaspoon a day gives me a wonderful sense of supporting my immune system in a natural way. Sometimes I mix it into my chia seeds, and other times I enjoy it in warm, not hot, tea.
