My family is born and raised in Lancaster County. My son lives in Chicago and he said he was craving scrapple. I ordered a Stoltzfus Meats gift box with scrapple, dried beef, sweet bologna, and ring bologna. He said it was delicious.

Thankful in Missouri
I grew up having chipped beef gravy every week or two, it was a family favorite. Since moving to the Midwest I haven’t been able to find any fresh chipped beef. I came across Stoltzfus a few years ago and have been ordering from them ever since. We are so thankful to have chipped beef gravy back on the menu!
