Greek-Style Yogurt Culture (YO MIX 401)

Very mild.

Makes a very mild yoghurt. Nice enough but I'd prefer more yoghurt flavour. The sachetcame with a 'cheese and yoghurt making' business sticker covering all the original details. Unfortunately this meant that I didn't know it was supposed to be stored in the freezer until I happened to peel the sticker off about 10 days after delivery. Hoping the rest of the contents are still usesble. Maybe putting business stickers over instructions isn't the best location?

First time yoghurt maker

First time making yoghurt loved the end result . Possibly drained too much so will keep trying . But overall very happy with the product .
