So far so good
I bought it for my daughter who gets chapped lips and then because ADHD picks at them. She's been using it night and has noticed that they are much softer and there is less to pick at. Win win. This is not our first attempt at using lip balm to solve the issue, its the just the first lip balm that helps solves the issue.

Lip Service, Purely
I loved the product in the beginning. It was a light, an easily spreadable gel. Then I notice a whiter drier substance becoming visible. The dry substance is centered and not quite to the glass edges of the jar. It doesn't spread easily and is not absorbed. I try to combine the gel and the whiter substance. Is this the norm?
