White Ash Turning Wood Blank

I bought this material to make a two piece hiking pole. I haven’t had a chance to turn it on my leave yet, but it looks fantastic. I actually bought three pieces figuring one would look worse than the other two. But all three look great. They arrived carefully packaged, and before I expected them. I have a few more projects similar to this and I will buy more of the same stock.

I make a Martial Arts Weapons. These are some of the Tonfa I made for some of the students as a gift. I actually made 3 set from the Ash I purchased. There is a father and 3 of his children train together and that can be quite a burden purchasing 4 sets of these, so I made sets for his kids.
