Nice tracker and excellent service

The service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Fast delivery too. The tracker is well made, easy to use and does a great job. Being a pro pack, it should really have come with a scope polar illuminator. Without this illuminator the polar scope is of no use as the reticle cannot be seen in the dark. I find it much easier to polar align using a digital compass (i.e. my phone) and a digital protractor. The on/off dial could have been stiffer to turn as it is easy to accidentally switch the unit on and drain the battery.

This is a very nice mount, nicely made, simple and easy to use. Jacobs was service was great - quick and attentive as usual.

The team couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase. Just wish the courier hadn’t left it on the door step!
