When I made an order, I didn't realize there were different sizes since there was a fits all description. Anyway, I emailed customer service about the size problem I was having compared to the original set I ordered a few months ago. Then I decided to just give them to my daughter as I wrote about my experience. Helen was so kind. She said that I wouldn't need to return them and then gifted me a set of 3 briefs that matched my original order! Superior customer service! And the products are very comfortable, too!
