As others mentioned, the bird nests are "damp" not dry dry like if you get them in Asia's drugstore. But there the bird nest is clean and tasty. However, BEWARE OF the coupon, referral coupon and the promotional items. They will not honor the promotional items/ free gifts if you use any coupon code including the referral code. It might cost more at the end of day. The customer service is ok and will work with you to help and solve your problem. Conclusion, they should update their system if coupon code is not allowed don't let the transaction thru and ship out item without the free gifts or at least communicate with the customer.
