Our Big Snow Mountain is a ripe (shou) pu'er from Lincang, a mountainous stretch of Yunnan in southwestern China, close to the Myanmar border. Pressed in 2013, it has aged in our tea-only storage facility in Oakland ever since. This is the cake we reach for almost every day. We call it our utilitarian pu'

Perfect daily drinker, earthy, woody, slightest hint of casket aged vanilla. Clean dark liquor, clean aged. Works great in a flask or gaiwan, i usually go wit 8grams of this tea and get an incredible flavor out of it with over 15 infusions.
