Low and slow germination rates

Currently most of the varieties i ordered have very low germination rates over all 38 variety’s I am below 50% but am giving them more time as i am still getting new sprouts. It has been several weeks on the first ones that i planted. Keeping my fingers crossed as i had better results last time i ordered.

Jalapeno Lovers Pepper Seed Collection: They all Grew!

Every seed grew using a Mufga hydroponic system with a plant heat mat under the water basin. Seeds sprouted within a week, and I have moved all plants to soil in seed starter pots. Hopefully they do well outside when I plant them in mid May.

Too few

After spending the money for their variety of seeds and following their instructions to the letter, I really did expect higher than a 30% germination rate. This is NOT my first time growing the hot stuff, but it will be my last time sourcing seeds with Pepper Joe’s; the value for money just isn’t there.
