No quality assurance before shipping. The spa had leaks that were more than just connections and fittings. Before ordering one of these I would call round to all spa dealers and see if anyone would work on this brand of spa because if something goes wrong if there’s no one there to work on it, you’ll be in a position that I was in where you had it for a month plus and couldn’t use it. Customer service doesn’t really help, because they’ll be calling the same spa service people in your area that you already called. Sometime during manufacturing a zip tie was glued in between two of the hose fittings, and that was one of a major leaks on my tub. This is the quality insurance issue. Looking back I would’ve been much better off buying from a local dealer.

My cover arrived damaged and still has not been replaced - also missing the bar that came with my spa - terrible customer service
