Love this monitor and the company honored their warranty when we had an issue with its cord 6 months later.

There is a problem with the new unit, which is my second of the same. I have called and left messages, emailed, and driven to the address shown on the website, as I live near there. I have heard nothing. I was happy with the first unit, which is why I ordered the second unit when the sound on the first one failed. However, if I am unable to get in touch with customer service or tech support, I won't order anything else from CMI.
