The monitors are very easy to setup, configure and use. They are reliable, durable and accurate. CMI customer support is awesome. I strongly recommend purchasing directly from the company and not from Amazon or other third parties. There’s only a few cons, all minor: The charger would be more convenient positioned somewhere besides the top of the unit. It would also help if the charging cable was a little longer. The Velcro around the infant ankle sensor seems to wear out after a few weeks, but is easily enough replaceable. The wire base that supports the unit should be curved or expanded out to the side to make it harder to tip over. Only other thing is the volume for the warning beeps could be a little louder but it still manages to wake us up. Other than that, great little monitors.
