Not what I ordered

I have used your socks exclusively because of the quality and comfort despite paying $20 a sock. Last week I reordered 6 pairs of what I always get. ORDER 861262. They arrived but when I put a pair on I can instantly tell something is very wrong. They wouldn’t pull up past my calf because the opening is too small,,and NO I haven’t gained any weight. Also there are no ribs in the sock which make them so comfortable. I do not know if you have a quality issue or just shipped me the wrong socks,,either way I’m out $100 with socks I cannot wear. So I have (5) unopened pairs. Can you please check into this and compare it with my previous orders to see what the malfunction was. And how can we exchange these for the correct ones?

Love these socks. Super high quality. I wear them everyday for work. Great cushion. Great feel. I’ve tried many other sock brands including bombas and polo Ralph Lauren, and Feetures are the best by far.
