We would like a refund on the shipping. Product was allot to pay while in much pain from Radiation. Waiting by the door for the order knowing how good the product is. I used this product before overnight came the next day. They never offered a refund on the shipping. Ordered sat arrived late Wednesday! Not overnight or even 2 day!

This was a gift for my brother who will be undergoing radiation treatment in mid-February and so I do not have any comments at this time. Thank you.
