I118 Red and White Ornament

I ordered an acrylic tray insert and the first one came in the mail wrinkled horribly. I contacted the company and they politely sent me another one on top of refunding my order. The 2nd one that came was also wrinkled beyond repair and ripped as well. Needless to say I won’t be ordering anything else. I highly advise to update the order in which inserts are mailed to prevent someone else going through the same thing.
