Maple Honey Bourbon Caramel Sauce

There’s not much better than the taste of caramel, except perhaps the flavor of Vermont maple. And bourbon? Be still my heart. Put the three together and you have pure heaven. On toast. Over ice cream. Gracing pancakes. Mixed into yogurt. I bought two jars and will go back for more. You should, too.
