great shower head but handle leaks

I love the massaging shower head but after only 3 weeks the hose started to leak all over my shower. I tried to use plumber tape to fix the problem but that didn't work. I will be calling a vive health expert to get a replacement shower head as I am thinking this product is under warranty.

Easy to install and great versatility

Couldn't go back to an old fashioned shower head.

Adds a couple of inches of overhead clearance. Makes cleaning the shower easier. The on-off switch is not all that difficult to use, but I had a flow valve installed before the shower head so I use that. The price was right.
