Excellent. Mild flavor with just a hint of blackberry. Ive bought this twice, doesnt disappoint! Love it with my Num Earl Gray tea. Delicious!! Will continue to buy this excellent honey.

The flavor is subtle but definitely present. I could drink this in tea, eat it as a spread on toast, or take it straight from the spoon to quench a sweet snack craving.
