Beyond disappointed with the dress. Very cheap fabric that isn't satin. Dyed my hands and collarbone upon trying the dress on. Customer Service is non response to emails. Days & multiple emails to get any kind of response. Doesn't provide a return label either so your return is out of pocket. Even with a certified return receipt from the postal office and 5 days after receiving a refund is still not provided. Don't purchase from here. Its not worth the time, money, or energy for the type of dress they are trying to market.
