Incredible Customer Service

I cannot explain how pleased I was with the service at Magnolia Porch Swings. I was shopping for a 40th birthday present for my wife. I realized the shipping was going to take 4-5 weeks, my wife's birthday was in just under 4 weeks. I called Magnolia and they said they were swamped with orders and would not be able to expedite the order. I decided to order the swing anyway, crossing my fingers. Weeks passed, and I sent a follow-up message via Facebook, again they were inundated with orders and the foreman said that it just wasn't going to be possible and my order was set to ship a week after my wife's birthday. A few more weeks passed, getting closer to my wife's birthday and all of a sudden I received a shipping confirmation. It was scheduled for delivery via FedEx ON my wife's birthday. Come to find out the team had done everything they could to expedite the order to help get the swing to me. I even received an email from them making sure I got the swing in time and wishing my wife a happy birthday. Aside from the exceptional customer service, the swing is well built and beautiful hanging on our front porch. Thanks again Magnolia for your personalized service and making my wife's 40th so memorable.

nice swing inconvenient assembly

very pretty, seems well-made, comfortable with the springs. No idea why you decided to use square a square drive instead of a more standard, more common screw drive or hex drive. I had to go to the hardware store to buy one - frustrating, I have enough errands to run already. But once together its lovely and comfortable
