Swing is nice, the shipment, delivery, and communication are not aligned with the pricing for sure. Overall mediocre experience with high end pricing.

Disappointed with the whole process!

I am disappointed in a couple areas. I ordered a 5 foot swing. Unknown to me and after I had assembled it and white washed it, I was measuring it for cushions, when I found out we received a 4 foot swing. I tried contacting Magnolia several ways...took several attempts. Finally a lady named Judy answered my email and suggested to resend a back and seat. I mentioned I already put it together, stained it, and now, since you hadn't answered my emails, or voicemails, I ordered cushions for it...so no this is not an option. I wanted the upcharge for the 5 foot swing credited back plus an inconvenience amount for having to put up with all of this. Judy would never acknowledge this extra amount...acted as if I never said it. Then she told my on May4th she had credited the $85 upcharge. When it didn't show up on my card and again, after numerous attempts to contact her, she said now she processed it on May 7th. I am not impressed with the construction either. For the money I spent on this, I had figured your product was better than most. So I am disappointed in several areas and was never really compensated or even cared about in this whole mess. Given the state the world is in, this seems like a very meaningless problem. However, this is a gift for my husband and I am not satisfied at all. I would have expected an additional amount to be credited back for all of this mishaps!
