I ordered myself a bow tie for my upcoming wedding. The bow tie was scheduled to arrive 3 weeks before the wedding, which was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to put my apartment number on the address label and the shipment was returned to sender. Afraid that I wouldn’t receive my bow tie in time for the wedding (shipping took 3 weeks) I contacted customer support to let them know what happened. I emailed OTAA brothers customer support and 7pm on a Wednesday evening, and within 5 minutes, I had a response from a live person on their team with a message telling me that they had a replacement order on the way with a delivery date within 3-5 business days. I received the package early the next week. Great customer service, thank you!!! And of course the bow tie was great, can’t wait to rock it in a week!
