I found the service beforehand and afterwards, a great experience. Thy were so helpful in making sure I chose the right stamps. I am a Japanese teacher and I ordered a wooden individualised stamp and it is just so exquisite. My other stamps and ink were great too. The packaging was so very quaint and cute. I am certain I will purchase more stamps in the future!
