Awesome automation and great customer service

I recently installed this product and I am very pleased with how it performs. After watching the install video, it was super easy to get it all set up. The App works great and the company responds very quickly to any questions. I would not hesitate to get this product.

This is our second one

Our first one we have had for going on 6 years now and it had an issue we couldn't resolve. I purchased another because it is, by far, the most functional for the price. When my old one stopped working, we missed the auto open/close bad. And if we happen to leave it open when we are away, the ability to close it from afar is great. On top of the function, the support is unmatched. Scott is ALWAYS responsive and can usually resolve any issue that you can not figure out yourself. I highly recommend this product

Absolutely brilliant

I was researching a way to make my garage door opener smart and came across Tailwind. After asking some questions which Acott replied to without delay I purchased. Installation was extremely easy and 20 minutes later I was all set up. The app can be shared amongst family so now everyone has a smart garage remote. I love the auto close feature if someone forgot to close to garage. It’s genius. Get one, you will not be disappointed.
