I would rate the product and the deliver a high rating. I would give customer service after the purchase as poor. The first order I made I received the product quickly, but there was an item missing. While I did eventually get the part, I waited a couple days to have anybody respond back to me when Ireceived the product quickly, but there was a item missing. While I did eventually get the part, I waited a couple days to have anybody respond back to me when I made my initial call regarding it. When I made my initial call regarding this. On my purchase again. The product came in very timely manner but I called regarding a technical question and the customer service rep wasn’t able to answer the question and said he would check into it and get back to me. That was over a week ago. Clearly, some work needs to be done on post purchase customer service.
