Slippers are great! Seem well made. A little to hot to wear on a regular basis at the moment but i am ready for winter 🤗. The real shining star is the customer service. My original shipment was damaged in customs. The wait was long coming to a resolution but once Fed Ex finally admitted the problem Giesswein reshipped the order and it arrived pretty quickly. The customer service for Giesswien is where the company shined. They were very responsive and quick to resolve the issue.
