Anytime I get a new guitar, I immediately replace the saddles with graphtech Piezo equipped ones. I won't have a guitar without them.

Replacing Variax bridge piezos with Ghosts.

Loved the sounds of my old Variax (2003 300 version) but it was never a joy to play. Decided to build a new guitar and transfer the electrics into it. The old piezos literally fell off when I dismantled the Variax! Ordered the ghosts as a recommended replacement and am delighted. The Ghosts have really been an improvement over the LRBaggs originals - I guess the technology has moved on a lot in 20yrs. Acoustic "quack" non-existant and it sounds so close to a friend's Martin playing live that I was shocked. Over all there's more detail in every guitar model sound. It's my new go-to guitar for gigs. Highly recommended for anyone with a Variax or piezo guitar that doesn't give it's best.
