Nylon strings on archtop

To add nylon strings onto my archtop guitar, I needed to increase the slots in the nut for the nylon treble strings which are three times the radius of steel strings. The graph tech Tusq nut fitted my Martin Taylor Maestro, 2007, perfectly at 44.5mm width with string spacing of 37.5mm. No filing was needed. I will be posting a video on how to convert an archtop to nylon. Hopefully Acoustic Guitar magazine will mention it.

Jim Dandy parlor

Widened the string spacing on my Jim Dandy parlor guitar. Had to shim it up just a tad. Great improvement.
