3 Ton "Kratos" Jack Mount 3.0

Good mount, but missing parts

This would be a 5 star review, but my purchase was missing parts and over 3 months later it still hasn't been resolved. I purchased the Kratos mount from the Pro Eagle booth at the SoCal Overland Expo on 3/14/26. Inside the box there was a note that one of the hold down straps was out of stock and they would send it to me once it was back in stock. Would have been nice to know that before purchasing, but no biggie. Toward the end of May, I hadn't received the missing strap or heard any updates so I emailed customer service. On 5/26/26, they said they would send it out of me. As of 6/26/26, I still haven't received it. Maybe it's still in the mail, but considering I only live about 15 miles from their warehouse, I think pony express would have been here by now. Really disappointing since I have their jack set ups on my rigs and SxS, and I am one of those brand loyal guys. But there are lots of other options out there and with this experience I will be exploring what else is out there for my next purchase.

Not impressed. Holds the jack well but thats all I can really say good about it. Mounting points should not extend to where the handle stow. This thing should come with bolts and nuts of its own. The locking (Pin) should be a pin and not some shaped piece of metal to put a lock through.

Worth it
