Recovery Rounds

Good size and a nice softer round compared to the green and blue when needed

I own the block and recovery rounds set with the light blue and green and smaller black rounds in the set. I use all of them but if I have to pick a catch all, the darker green round is big enough for large muscle group work and next to each other work like the peanut shaped one but separate. Works like the light green one in a slightly less firm variety. It's my quick warm up or loosen choice if I don't want to use my Rad Axle roller or Atom and hit a specific spot. I usually carry one in my car and one in my gym bag for teaching martial arts with my Atom and Rod as well. For mobile office work in my laptop bag, I carry the small black rounds for forearms and temple and the Recovery set. The other tools are good for harder knots and longer sessions where I can target specific trigger points that take longer to release and these are my ones I take with me for quick back or foot release on the go and not wanting to carry my block and all the rounds in there or one of the larger tools. I work as a home based therapist and teach martial arts so economy and efficiency is important with the time I have. All the tools have their place between mats, gym, mobile and home office.

The recovery rounds are not just for recovery

By far, one of the most versatile RAD tools. I try to roll daily and the recovery balls are the first balls I grab in the morning for rolling out my hamstrings, glutes, shins and calf muscles. Perfect tool to use on feet and upper traps. Today I used the balls to give myself a fascia facial. I bought my first pair a few years ago and they have held up, like brand new. Lastly, I find them easy to wash with soap and water. I heard you can put them in the dishwasher, but I'm satisfied with my method. I recently purchased 3 pairs to give as gifts. Full disclosure, I'm a self MFR instructor and my students love them also. They are superior to other brands out there.
