The original is listed as a density of seven. I imagine that a density of eight would be comparable to a billiard ball.

Great Little Tool

I am really enjoying using this little roller, specifically for my chest, neck, and shoulders. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent upgrade for me

I’d been using a small jade tool to increase blood flow, and wow is this a better option. Really helps release the top layer of tension and gets me moving again.
