Great Sturdy basket

Great quality basket. Took a little bit to figure out how put it together but once you see it, it's super easy.

Not an easy no questions asked return.

The bike was damaged when it was shipped. The basket shipped separately was also chipped and looked used upon arrival. I have been trying for a week to get them returned and the no questions asked has been me emailing back and forth to what seems like a brick wall and hassling right and left. I thought about trying a different bike, but at this point it’s totally not worth it!

Not secure

There were no instructions on how to properly fix the basket on the bike for best results, although the bracket seemed fairly easy to place over the handle bars and the Velcro strap was pretty self explanatory. The problem was the basket. It went on the bracket without a problem but was not very secure. The very first time I took the bike out with the basket on, I hit a bump coming up my driveway. The basket bounced off the frame and landed on rocky concrete and gouged the paint in a number of places. Not happy.
