Wonderful for my wholegrain sourdough. Keeps my starter strong and bubbly.

Full Flavor Flour

I loved working with this flour. I normally use a typical fine ground bakers flour. This was not as finely ground and was darker in color. However, the flavor of the sourdough was excellent. Very hardy. I did have to add more water than usual to my sourdough. For some reason it seems to really absorb the water more than other flours.

Best Bread Ever

I have been baking bread for years, and homemake bread is our standard breakfast most days. During the duration of Covid I could not find bread flour anywhere and found Homestead Gristmill through Amazon. Once I started using your flour, I have never looked back. Yummy.
